Reservations and Cancellations
Reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. We take a Visa/MC, Discover, or American Express number and expiration date at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Your credit card number will be held against the balance due on the tour: Cancellations made 15 days prior to the trip will receive a full refund less a 15% administrative fee. 14 days to 2 days ahead of the tour date, 50% charge for canceling or reducing the number of people; the day before or a no-show, 100% charge.
There are no exceptions for cancellation fees. Our Federal Use Permits limit the number of individuals that we can take on any given tour. The cancellation policy protects us against any loss of revenues.
